I have coached numerous females 1:1 with diagnosed health issues such as pre-diabetes, PCOS, endometriosis, PMDD, and irregular menstrual cycles.
While unable to ‘cure’ these conditions, I have assisted them in improving their health and well-being with outstanding results through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
