Tam - 24/7 Emergency Services Worker

Before meeting with Roger, I had been doing night shift for about 8 years as a full time shift worker. I accepted the way I was doing it as normal and accepted that poor sleep and feeling sluggish for the week of night shift and the week after an absolute write off.

So of course when I spoke to Roger at first I was a little skeptical implementing some of the changes because I just didn’t really think anything could help. I accepted that night shift weeks were just about surviving.

But I told myself I had nothing to lose and implemented everything he set for me. It changed EVERYTHING for me. I absolutely thrived this whole week and I recovered as if I had never done night shift.

It was absolutely game changing and I honestly say it was one of the best weeks and I was buzzing.

After night shift I felt bad walking around the office seeing my colleagues struggle when I knew how good I felt.

I don’t know what I would have done without Roger. He’s changed it all for me.
