I could not recommend Roger enough to help clients with shift work. When I first came to Roger, I was struggling with body dysmorphia, feeling very lethargic and finding it hard to get through different shifts as part of my job. Roger implemented a weight-neutral approach and assisted in taking away the focus from body weight and photos to building sustainable habits that changed the way I viewed myself for the better. Since working with Roger, I have positive body image, got back into hobbies I enjoy, know how to eat for a vegetarian diet and manage stress. I also realised how much female anatomy is different and how to look after yourself. Purely a holistic approach with Roger. It's not a cookie-cutter plan; he gives bespoke feedback every week that just makes you feel better and question the way you think. Could not recommend Roger enough for anyone struggling with shift work. 5 stars!!
